Let's not forget guards PFF scores in 2023 and 2024

PFF scores for Guards...Volson sucks. Cappa sucks. We need someone with a better PFF score!

My OP was candid, I only used PFF as it a MEASUREMENT TOOL AND STATED IT IS NOT THE END ALL.

As for your comments, I think most of us have enough expiernce watching games to either quantify or disqualify PFF scores. I admit I have never qatched Slayton so yes I use PFF and others who have watched him to form an opinion. It appears he is an abover average to very good run stopper and 2 down DT due to lack of pass rusing ability. 

I made comments on Cappa due to wacching him every game and statistics and PFF. PFF verified what I saw, Cappa was our worst guard in 2024 and giving up 35 QB pressures or over 2 per game in 2023, he was a liability for us in 2023 and 2024 blocking for our franchise QB. Was it injured in both 2023 and 2024? Maybe, I have no way of knowing but in the end does it matter, he under produced for a OG set to make over 10 million dollars in 2025, thus he was rightfully cut.
