From what I hear, the Colts offered him a lot of money, but they will not give up a 1st round pick for him. The Bengals will not take less than a 1st. Trey is too old to sit out a year and expect to come back to a huge contract. So, he's going to be here. They'll get it worked out just like they did with Tee and JaMarr
