What are you talking about with a top 5 defense ? The Bengals haven't been a top 5 offense even with Tee Higgins.

The next pick was Jared Verse, the highest on the board was Q. Mitchell, and the highest WR on the board was Brian Thomas Jr. Plus the 101st pick. And for the $20M saved we could have signed Leonard Williams, Jonathon Greenard, or Xavier McKinney.
