What's really humorous to an old dude like me is seeing some of the same people that were sure that the Bengals weren't going to get the deals done, now whining and bitching about how the Bengals chose to spend their money in securing those deals. Dudes, the deals got done. That's all that really matters, right?

If the Bengals prefer to pay more of the total upfront and not be paying after a player is possibly no longer with the team, that is their prerogative.
