And again this probably is about how much available cash they have. If they do not have cash for signing bonuses/guarantees right now then why shouldn't they eat more of the cap this year? We just don't know how much their cash stash is. So far they have written checks for about 121 million this offseason. Typically their Operating Income is about 110 million. They have no sugar daddy.
