If The Family is too poor to afford the escrow to sign players, then go out and diversify and multiple your billion dollars. Posters claim the Browns are good business people. If so, expand your empire so that the fans are not continually dealing with "we are too poor relative to other owners, so we can't afford the escrow."
I get folks enjoy telling the Brown's how to spend the Brown's money.
I'm just giving rational (it's important to Frank) as to why the Bengals structure contracts as they do.
