The culture wasn't good last year. Contract issues. There was supposedly stuff going on with the defense. Guys wanting traded. Maybe Zac didn't create any of that. But, the great culture thing is largely a myth.
You, I and others ..including sports writers..know nothing about the tone of the lockeroom ( culture) as you put it..lol@ contract issues ..all teams have contract issues..The team played pretty darn good the last third of the season..I doubt there were many issues in the lockeroom
