I just have to say that if the draft works out like this then I will be ecstatic. While I do not think the cabinets are bare at the edge I also believe the Trey replacement must be considered. Even if the work an extension out with him it does not change that he will turn 31 during the season. I believe Murphy will be an outstanding replacement for Hubbard and when he did get on the field his win rate was not terrible at all. I also think they could have a good young player in Cedric Johnson.
I really like the make up of the interior of the D line with the two youngsters who both showed that they have some talent, those being Jenkins and Jackson, and I think they pair well with Hill and Slaton.
I believe both the guard positions need to be seriously considered for upgrade. I like the signing of Patrick as a depth piece or as a starter early while breaking in a rookie. However, Patrick did grade out far better than either of the Bengals starting guards last season so he should be considered an upgrade to what they had.
