Obviously Myles was using the cereal example of one thing that he loved and gave up for his body reduction program, I'm sure that if he hired a worthy strength coach and nutritionist, there have been some wholesale changes for the better in there.

However, didn't we hear a similar story last season, when he came back "big enough for the job"?

I was prone to those back in the day, but now that I am no longer living the lifestyle...

I am optimistic on Myles being an asset to the team, but was off with the body fat guess work. Apparently the average DE body fat is 16 to 18 percent and elites at 10 to 14 percent.

But it is the off season, and hopefully he will drop more weight to improve his performance after shedding blocks, losing the concrete shoes.

You are 100% right, it is the standard feel good story we get this time of year.
