It's going to take a little more than simply coaching 'em up on the OL. Keep in mind what they tend to struggle with the most are stunts. How many times have you seen the Bengals DL execute stunts? An OL can only be as good as what they are practicing against. It's going to take some improvement on the defensive side of the ball, being able to show some stunts for the OL to practice picking up, in order for the overall quality of play in the trenches to improve. OL/DL go hand in hand when it's the same team.
