I hope that is not their plan: to start a rookie draft pick -- one who has not even been picked yet. I like better the idea that they feel one of the existing options, such as Kirkland, can do the job and they possibly can work in a rookie draft pick. But having as a plan to depend on an as-yet-not-picked draft pick to be the starter and protect Burrow sounds like a really bad, bad idea.
