I agree about improving the defense being the biggest priority. I think that the biggest personnel improvement impacts could be had at Safety and LB. LB may be part of the way solved with Logan Wilson returning to full health and addition of Burks. If Golden wants to run more 4-3 base, I'd leave Pratt in the middle and put Burks at Sam and then pull Pratt when they go Nickle. DE definitely needs a personnel boost, as weather they come to terms with Hendrickson or not, he's not getting any younger and Ossai and Murphy just doesn't sound like a formidable duo.
