For me at least, and I think a oot of evaluators (of which I am not), outside of the top dozen or so, the next 40-50 guys are relatively close/equal. 

I'd say any of those guys are "worth" #17 assuming none of the top dozen or so are there. If it is a guy who isn't gonna be tgere at #49, it isn't a reach.
