Like Holic said, Stewart was like a bull in a china shop. These type of players don't come into the NFL perfect, none of them do.
Reggie White didn't, Lawrence Taylor didn't, Myles Garrett didn't.
Shemar Stewart has all the tools you cannot teach and is young so he can learn. We have new coaches, let's give them a chance.
The thing i like about this draft is the athleticism and speed. This defense was missing that the last couple years. It makes up for a lot of mistakes.
That said, i'm not giving anyone the benefit of the doubt until i see them producing on the field. I'm not getting all giddy about their 'potential'.
I don't discount the possibility of the D being better, by a decent margin even, simply because of the coaching change and the added speed.
Still...i ain't going there till i see it on the field. Talk and potential is as useless to me as a hole in the head.
