Their "#1 DE" had 17 snaps. Golden plays through his LBs at all three levels. He seems to be heavy on 3 down linemen and 4-5 DBs. He has LB types all over the rest of the field. Will it work? IDK, but we did pick him for the job and it seems to be the way he drafted
We could easily play a 3-3-5 under Golden
Al Golden ran mostly a 4-man front with a stand up LEO (VYPER in his terminology) they are listed as a "LB" but they are an Edge. Josh Burnham, Junior Tuihalamaka, Bryce Young, and RJ Oben are all Edge Defenders.
