I don't think it is a need to extend a great player under contract. But, I hope Trey and the FO are reasonable and they get it done. Bengals have made offers it appears, Trey has said no. It takes both sides to get it done.

It is not 100% on the Bengals FO, I see it 50/50 equally responsible to get it done.
