With these two you have two, bonafide, above average starters for the next 5 years. Not sexy but certain. I flirted with going Pearce or Campbell and Mike Green. But you have some questions about character and if either are more than just pass rushers.
Unfortunately, we went Stewart who may not be able to rush the passer or stop the run,.... and D Knight who only broke out after he was 2 years older than the average college starter.
Then, we wouldn't have to reach for Fairchild and we have already filled two starting holes at lb and g, so we can go BPA
Xavier Watts
I was good with the Carter pick
Mbow over Rivers but ok with Rivers
Ok with Brooks but i would have taken a flyer on Ewers
so
Campbell
Ratledge
Watts
Carter
Mbow
Ewers
Stewart #6 in run defense at TAMU by PFF. Negatory he can’t stop the run and he has 33 hurries one of the highest in CF.
Romo “ so impressed with Zac ...1 of the best in the NFL… they are just fundamentally sound. Taylor the best winning % in the Playoffs of current coaches. Joe Burrow” Zac is the best head coach in the NFL & that gives me a lot of confidence." Taylor led the Bengals to their first playoff win since 1990, ending the longest active drought in the four major North American sports, en and appeared in Super Bowl LVI, the first since 1988.
