It would be ironic because, while scouts are still important, it's a hell of a lot easier now with so many highlights and everything online that it's so much easier to find guys now.
Yeah, it easier than it used to be, but we still could get a lot better at scouting. Might be our biggest problem. We miss on a lot of picks.
A lot more than say the Eagles, Chiefs and Ravens. I think Mikey Boy still signs off on everything but he doesn't have near as much say as he used to.
Have to at the very least replace Sarkisian.
