Will Burrow restructure come next?

Wouldn't a restructure mean that whatever money was converted to bonus have to be pain in immediate cash? For a team with cash flow issues, compared to some of the wealthier franchises in the league, I'm not sure that really benefits them much. For example, if they wanted to give Trey the contract that he's looking for, they might need to give him a $15M (arbitrary number) signing bonus. If they were to convert say, $15M of Burrow's salary to bonus, the team would need $30M in liquid cash to make that happen, rather than just slashing some payroll elsewhere for the cap space and only one signing bonus to cover with cash.
