I have known a few people who were looking for a house and none of them mentioned going to Facebook.
It's not selling it on Facebook. It's just getting your ad in front of people and Facebook is the most efficient way. Everyone checks their Facebook pages for updates more than any other place . And everyone knows someone looking for a home.
