This is what happens when the org is so afraid of preseason injuries, they risk impact to development/being ready for Week 1.
How many years in a row now have we seen Bengals not really get going until Oct/Nov?
At some point, you gotta take the risk of some additional preseason reps to better prepare for September.
As others have said too, it would make preseason more enjoyable for some fans that may not be as familiar with or interested in some of these back-end roster guys who are just trying to make the team.

Zac Taylor 2019-2020: 6 total wins
Zac Taylor 2021-2022: Double-digit wins each season, plus 5 postseason wins
Zac Taylor 2023: 9 wins despite losing Burrow half the season
Zac Taylor 2024: Started 1-4. Ended 9-8 but barely missed playoffs
Changes needed to do better in Sept/Oct moving forward.
