Whose side on you on? Trey, the Bengals or none?

I know you want Trey signed, but why should team give him 16.2 million or more than double his 2025 contract salary?

If he was offered 28 million and then also 30 to 32 million in years 2026 and 2027, that is a great offer by he Bengals who HAVE HIM UNDER CONTRACT.

I think your zest to overlook Trey's actions (going publc) and demands are tainting your opinion.

The only thing tainted around here is the Front Office's view on how to build a proper football team. Everyone with an ounce of sense knows that you build around the lines. Trey is an awesome DL, who deserves to be paid like his contemporaries. Even JaMarr Chase came out and said that Trey deserves the money he's looking for. The Bengals are still attempting to run a Professional Football Franchise like a small business and that tactic just doesn't work. They need to keep the star players, win a Championship or two, so that outside dollars pour into the team. But, it's going to take some spending on their part to get over that hump.

Volson is meh, but I like him, and he has far exceeded my expectations
