I don't know how many times i've typed it but the Bengals were asking for a price that they're not willing to pay Trey. They don't want him going somewhere else so they price him out of the trade market, knowing his only option is them.

No, you are the one who just doesn't get it. The Bengals' asking price was a 1st rounder. Trey and his agent told the Bengals they could get that. The Bengals gave him permission to seek the trade. NO ONE wanted to give up a 1st rounder. And you just want the Bengals to give him up for less? He's had 17.5 sacks the last two years, I would n't trade him to a team for less than a first either. Trey's problem is no one wanted to give up the draft capital AND pay him what he wants. You're the one who is ridiculous to suggest the Bengals should just let him go for less than a first because he whines.
