I'm not really nasty...but no, i don't have to work at it.
It actually takes time to get there but my vitriol, spite, disgust, whatever you want to call it, flows smooth and naturally.
Conversely, people that know me know i'm a good-humored, honest, genuine, nice, fun to be around person.
