Whose side on you on? Trey, the Bengals or none?

He's "only" 30 years old. I'm sure he feels he still has 4 or 5 good years left. Plus, he's spoke several times of wanting to be here, not wanting to go to the highest bidder.

Trey signed a 4 year contract but then came back to the Bengals after only playing two years of that contract wanting a raise.  Trey had just 8 sacks his second season with the Bengals and yet demanded a raise.   Guess what the Bengals did after Trey's 8 sack season?  They gave him the raise he wanted and added on an additional season for 21 million that included an additional 8 million dollar signing bonus just two years into his first contract.

Trey then posts a 17.5 sack season in the 3 year of his first contract and comes back to the Bengals again for the 2nd year in a row and wants another raise.  At this point he still hasnt finished his first contract with the Bengals not to mention the additional year that was added.  Trey comes back again after his 4th season wanting a raise.  The guy wants a raise every year.  Play out the contract you signed.  Dont sign a contract them come back every year wanting a new contract when other guys get more money than you.  If the Bengals gave Trey another raise, he would just come back wanting to redo his contract the next year or year after like he always has done.
