If Trey is dug in the Bengals need to sign Za'Darius Smith with some of the money they have left to make sure we have a good edge rusher for the coming season.  If Trey wants to sit or retire we need to make sure we have guys signed that can come in a take his place.  At this point we cant count on Trey being there.  Either get a deal done now or sign Smith as Trey's replacement.
