Yeah, we needed a new OL coach years back as Weezy said. I think Peters had about the least talented OL to work with last year with the Pats.
We have much more talent between Mims, Orlando, Ted and now the young guys IMO. Synric is spot on about Dylan and how he tends to fall forward
which ends with him being on the ground far too much. Perfect drill for our OL as a whole that were on the ground far too much last season under
Pollack. As far as other acquisitions to the coaching staff I have also been really impressed with Hodges our new LB coach when he speaks.
