These contract issues are turning a position of strength into one of the weakest spots on the team.
When you have a limited window for a franchise QB a DE who has been the only strength of our defense and a totally raw 1st round pick that needs reps, I don't understand the logic of hard balling your players or making a moral stand when winning at the bargaining table is your real motive.
