The sort of did when they picked up Karras-Cappa-Collins.  It damn near worked until all but one of them got injured.

At some point, you have to not suck at drafting.  I want them to add in FA as much as anyone, but that's a supplement.  If all of your IOL draftees are consistent duds, you're going to pay somewhere down the line.  

Our IOL draft picks are basically 63rd trimester abortions.  You'd think something would eventually stick to the wall, but alas, it hasn't and here we are watching the best qb in the league get his brains beat out as he tries to superman his team to victory.
