Signing good Free agents at bargain prices in particular the 20-22 off seasons
The great
Multiple HOF additions- Burrow, Chase, and Hendrickson have given you HOF like play over the past 5 seasons.
Grade- B
I would say 20-22 would be an A+ but 23 and 24 off seasons are a D to F+ range.
