As a note to the OP, the common letter grading scale should have "C" as average, having Outstanding and Excellent as A and B is a little redundant, and no need for "O".
A = Excellence, outstanding work
B = Good, better than most
C = Average, can do better
D = Poor, get someone else in charge
F = Failure, can somebody who can run a franchise please buy this team?
