As I mentioned to another poster, fair enough and tried to update poll options but couldn't.

Also, just an FYI as I know you are no fan of the FO which is fine, but why not also point out I had 2 extremely bad options redundent. Basically , 6 options, 3 bad options  and 3 average and above.

i did my own thing and have faith an intelligent board could adapt. I also used PR rankings commonly used in business for the top 5 I listed.
