Browns complete second interview with Hue; expected to make him a formal offer

I'll be interested in how this plays out. Hue was supposedly the lock for both Buffalo last year, and San Fran this year. Now that is again being said about Cleveland. Maybe he's getting boned last minute, but I'm starting to wonder if Hue's team are overselling the interest from other teams.
