Ignoring your letter grades and going with the descriptive rating I have to say average. While they have managed to acquire several elite players, other shortcomings in scouting and coaching and player development continues to drag them down to average results. Progress continues to be made as a new generation takes the reins. Hopefully we see better results this year and going forward.
