It's possible. That's what happened with Mike Zimmer. He interviewed in places but his personality and vision didn't seem to sit well with certain teams.
Plus, Hue will probably want full control over his team. So Hue may want to build his own franchise, which is why Cleveland could make sense. 2nd pick and 32nd pick. He can build it from the ground up how he wants it.
