I personally would not. But the Bengals offered it to him, I suppose because they told him last year they would take care of him this year. I wish my boss would "take care of me" this year by offering me a 12-million-dollar raise. So they kept their promise and offered him a huge raise for his last season under contract. He should accept it and then sign a new contract next year.
