I'm surprised more aren't concerned with the Shemar not signing until right before the season. His rookie season is already teetering on a wash. This would all but end any hope of him contributing.
Already a boom or bust prospect with the need to develop. He's behind the ball and would only be further behind if this goes deeper into training camp.
