Yes, there is something about young people and the thrill for speed. Give them a Honda Civic and it struggles to go over 80mph.

My first motorcycle at 16 was a 1974 Honda CB 360.



It would top out a little over 80mph, but then I added a fairing the break the wind and it struggled to get to 70.

I beat the heck out of that thing, and still cannot recall why I ever sold it.
