You guys are missing the point about the roof. It's not about football (really), its about getting other events to come to Cincinnati that we continually miss out on.
Huge indoor concerts during the winter months, conventions, possible Super Bowls, Final Fours/NCAA games, other entertainment (Monster Jam, etc).
Throw a roof on it. It makes that shit hole US Bank pretty much expendable.

Retractable roofs are often not even used and are also more prone to damage. I read that the Titans decided not to install one on the new stadium they are building for that very reason.
