I try to be understanding, but some fans (not you) have no sense of business and let their emotions guide them. I have never said Bengals handled this well, nor I have said Trey handled it well. The fact is he is under contract and it is him who turned down an offer.
Our fans are the real drama queens. I don't see our players or coaches tanking the season if Trey chooses to sit out a portion of 2025.
Watt is classified as an edge rusher, Trey a DE so don't think he has an impact on Trey's tag in 2026.
