I don't know that there's anything to "admit", because i've never said they wouldn't get it done. I've actually expected them to at some point, which will make me question why it was so hard--if they come to terms closer to what Trey's been asking.
It's not being a drama queen to point out how difficult it always seems to be getting good guys signed on time, let alone early and beneficial to the team.
I'll be happy as hell when Trey puts his name on the dotted line but i can't just make the questions of 'why' go out of my head.
They argue and bargain and fight for money and then in the end, capitulate. Is it too much to ask for them to learn a lesson from time to time and try to get some contracts done early, before markets go up?
