My point is maybe fans should quit getting carried away in the off season drama, if he signs this week it was all for naught (the drama), fan induced and not any impact on the 2025 season at all.
Stop getting carried away that they gave him a subpar 1 year extension then tried to play hardball? Nah. Feel free to do that. I ain't. I told you earlier, this is just how i expected it to turn out and it doesn't make it any less annoying that they "finally" got it done.
There isn't a damn thing wrong with calling something out when it's tried and true. No bullshit. No hyperbole. Long, long, history of contract (and other bullshit).
Neither you nor anyone else gets to erase that long history just because they signed Tee, Ja'marr and hopefully Trey, after dragging it out.
There is zero chance in hell of my stance on the FO changing until they do what it takes to get that ring. Then they're off the hook.
If you wanna call out "drama queens" because they say "ohh, the Bengals will never get this done because they're too cheap" feel free. I'm not one of them.
