If we are waiting on a disgruntled player to sign and come in to teach our rookie. A guy that has very little interaction with the other players and is quiet and leads by example over words then we are in trouble.
The coaches should be able to get the rookie up to speed with tape and coaching on the field. I am not expecting Hendrikson to come in a coach up our rookie words of encouragement and a tip here or there yes but not much more than that.
