The coaches should be able to get the rookie up to speed with tape and coaching on the field. I am not expecting Hendrikson to come in a coach up our rookie words of encouragement and a tip here or there yes but not much more than that.
Obviously, we're not waiting on him, but a lot can be gained by watching how someone who has excelled on the field goes about his business on the training field/drills.
Coaches can coach, teammates can inspire. Currently, Ossai is our veteran to learn from on the field.
