That's kinda where i'm confused about what terminology they use for what. Trey lines up almost 50/50 between REO and ROLB. By pure positional alignment you are correct. OLB would have to be 7/9 but i've seen 6/7 (with Trey) with either hand down or stand up...so i'd say to be correct, as you said, REO LEO would be 6/7 (hand up or down?) and ROLB and LOLB would be 7/9 standing up.
I don't study this nearly enough so i should probably just wait for people that know more to chime in.
