At the time of Castellini's takeover, five consecutive losing seasons was the worst stretch in the Reds' previous 50 years.
Since Castellini's takeover, the Reds actually BROKE that stretch: 2014-2019 (6 seasons).
The COVID-shortened year ended up breaking that streak, finishing at a measly 31-29.
In fact, the Reds haven't finished a season 5+ games over .500 since 2013's 90-win season, which was Dusty's last.

Do the Reds need to go out and find a proven GM like they had with Walt now that they have a proven winning manager from prior teams?

I knew it was bad, but didn’t expect it to be that bad.
