When I first saw the title of this thread, I thought it said that Whitworth  said that.  I was like "Whoa...  Slow down country boy".

Some of it may be for that reason.  I have my suspicions when I speak to certain people when I am home.  I simply point out to them that he is the most successful coach the Steelers have ever had in this time frame.

I'm sure every city has those that worry about the color of the person telling people what to do.
