I've actually never been at a game where people have thrown things on the field, but I would report anyone who did, and if they were season ticket holders you would think they would have their tix taken away. Maybe even put them on the news. That would make people think twice.
You can go to live in France, but you cannot become a Frenchman. You can go to live in Germany or Turkey or Japan, but you cannot become a German, a Turk, or a Japanese. But anyone, from any corner of the Earth, can come to live in America and become an American
