Well, he probably wasn't ready when the team hired Gruden and there was no way he was going to jump over Hue.

I LOVE the hire.  The continuity should keep this offense on pace.  Hopefully he'll get rid of some of the cute formations and plays that Hue used to call at inopportune times.
