I think that playing division foes in the playoffs is now a losing proposition. This is because they beat the crap out of each other. And which ever team wins has their bility to move on severely compromised by injuries. The steelers are going to be without brown. And even if ben plays, he won't be anywhere near 100%. If the Bengals had moved on, the would be without Gio, Reggie Nelson, and Kirkpatrick. I think playing division foes limits the ability of whoever wins to go very much further in the playoffs.
2016 and the 2 games will be worse due to the NFL not apologizing to the Bengals fans for Porter on the field and the lack of a penalty essentially giving them the win. The anger will only get worse leading up to these 2 contests and the defense of Gio, Huber, Eifert, AB, Bell and Ben will be top of mind. I stated it before the game, the winner will not win due to the major injuries suffered by both teams. And what happens, 5 or 6 key guys were hurt just as I said would happen.
I am so ready for 2024 season. I love pro football and hoping for a great Bengals year. Regardless, always remember it is a game and entertainment.
